What currency is your website in?
Our website is set to NZD. When you are in the United Kingdom you will see our pricing in GBP however the payment will show up on your credit card in NZD.
What are your shipping costs?
New Zealand - $5.00 (NZD)
Rest of World - $10.00 (NZD)
How long will my order take?
NZ: Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to arrive.
Rest of world: Please allow 7-15 working days for your order to arrive.
When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched 1-3 working days after your order is placed.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept VISA and Mastercard through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account and can pay with a standard credit card.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your online order provided the order has not been dispatched. We will refund the cost of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to check whether your order may be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
If you are not happy with your purchase we will either give you a refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange it if the items are returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred.
My purchase arrived damaged or faulty, what should I do?
We aim to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. However, if you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date in order for us to replace the product. If the product is faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of return postage.
